This position provides leadership and support to all patient care units through the facilitation and coordination of patient flow and bed utilization. Establishes positive working relationships with Nurse Managers, Charge nurses and physicians to evaluate current and future requirements for optimal patient flow. Facilitates eternal transfers from other facilities through prompt and accurate triaging of requests to the most appropriate clinical service.

What Registered Nurse RN will need: 

A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
At least five years of nursing experience
