As the Assistant Director Pharmacy Operations, you will assume a pivotal role, providing leadership and oversight for all pharmacy department operations. You will serve as a valuable resource for clinical excellence, educating and guiding the team. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and standards, as well as implementing policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
