We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team! Responsible for invoicing, payment processing, and resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and send invoices promptly
Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies
Process payments and reconcile accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries
Maintain accurate records and assist in month-end closing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Proven experience in accounts receivable
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational and communication skills
