Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join a growing flooring company. The ideal candidate will create estimates and enter orders out of their beautiful office in Holly Springs. This full time position requires a detail-oriented individual with superior computer and communication skills and an aptitude to learn new concepts quickly. Responsibilities Answer phone and check messages Organize emails and prioritize according to urgency Write up next day tickets and schedule jobs Track material deliveries Write up claims as needed with vendors Requirements Associates degree preferred, high school diploma required Bilingual a plus 1-3 years of working experience in similar position Possess and demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent work ethic.
