General Manager - North American & Global An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next General Manager to join our team in our Florida location. This is a remote or hybrid role. Who We Are: We are a global food and beverage company, and we have reached over one hundred countries. We produce natural juice and use ingredients. About the Role: The General Manager role will be responsible for sales in the North American market and Select Global, as well as for promoting the business development with one of the largest customers of the company. It is the responsibility of this position to design and deploy a sales plan for the region and for Global, supporting the achievement of the strategic objectives of company. What You Will Do:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Manage the strategic relationship with customers promoting the growth of the business with this customer by developing key initiatives under a Global Business Plan (GBP). Ensure the proper formalization and execution of all updated terms that arise from the development of such GBP. Ensure the execution of all contractual terms and obligations on a global basis under the global contract. Design and deploy sales plan for the season and the 3 years ahead for the North American Market. Develop a high-performance sales team. Develop a strong relationship with customers in the North America Market. Feed the business with strategic information related to customer plans, demand for juices in the region, new business opportunities, and anticipate treats that can jeopardize the business development. Understand customers’ needs to develop a strategic position in the marketplace. Develop talents in the sale organization to support a succession pipeline for the company. Support the sales team to conclude sales negotiations. Support the company to have the appropriate pricing that can effectively deliver the strategic results. Promote engagement in the workplace. Clear communicate sales objectives and forecast to demand planning. Ensure sales targets are meet according to the plan. Represent the company in events, conferences, and meetings. Performs other related duties as assigned by upper management. Our Perfect Candidate Education and Experience: Bachelors OR Master’s degree in Business, Economics or Engineering. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales and Key Account Management Experienced in B2B highly preferred. Must be able to manage a Sales team management, design sales strategy for the North American Market, Sales Management, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain Management. Should have strong negotiation and people skills, good communicator, and results driven professional. International business and foreign trade background. Knowledge of customs and other regulatory policies and applications i.e., USDA, FDA, Department of Commerce, US Customs, and Duty Draw-back. Company Offers: Annual starting salary is $180k, commensurate with experience and education. Rewards and recognition for superior performance-bonus, based on a fiscal July-June year, can make up to 4 months your base compensation.
