Quality Control Laboratory Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fantastic, biopharmaceutical company who is hiring for a QC Chemistry Supervisor to join their team. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits while working onsite. This person would be responsible for managing junior chemists in the quality control department, ensuring all products are tested in full, results are accurately recorded, and results are released based on specifications. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader, skilled performing both OOS investigations and deviations. Responsibilities Leading a group of 10+ chemists in a GMP regulated laboratory. Ensures all products are tested in full, results are accurately recorded, and results are released based on specifications. Utilizes GDP for SOP writing. Conducts and assists chemists in deviations, OOS investigations, method validations and instrument calibrations. Maintains inventory or reagents and supplies for the department. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field. 3+ years of leadership or supervisor experience in a QC Chemistry laboratory is required. Strong experience performing deviations and OOS investigations. Ability to perform both method validations and instrument calibrations.
