Order Entry Specialist
We are currently seeking a Order Entry Specialist to join its team in Orlando, FL 32808.
About the role:
Responsibilities include entering customer orders into our company's computer system, verifying the accuracy of the order, and fulfilling the order in a timely and efficient manner.
What you’ll do:
Processing purchase orders quickly and efficiently
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
Keep up on open order Reports.
Close orders that have shipped from your location.
File all paperwork numerically.
Accurately and promptly enter customer orders into the system.
Verify the completeness and accuracy of order information.
Communicate with customers to resolve order discrepancies or issues.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain records of order entries and customer interactions.
Assist in various administrative tasks related to order management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in order entry, data entry, or a similar role is a plus.
Proficient in using computer software and data entry tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay in the range of $15 to $18 per hour (Depending on experience)
