What you'll be doing...

As a Pega Business Architect, working on the Marketing team, you will gather information from
stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and
document requirements to support the design, development and testing of a Pega NBA implementation.
As the BA, you will be responsible for translating the high-level vision from the business team into
technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams. You will be a key player in agile
process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT.
Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with

• extended cross functional teams.

• Create user stories and groom the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get

• group consensus.

• Contribute to the creation of use cases, test cases, traceability matrix and business requirement

• documentation.

• Serve as the liaison between the business and the Development teams in order to supply

• technical solutions to meet business needs.

• Make sure that the solution implemented meets the business requirements and business can

• report on the effectiveness of each campaign.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 or more years of work experience.

• 4 years of relevant experience

• 2 or more years experience working on implementation of PEGA Inbound/Outbound campaigns

• Good understanding of Pega Next Best Action

• Good understanding of Marketing terminology

• Experience working as a development/business analyst gathering requirements from the
  business stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Marketing, or Business Administration.

• Pega Business Architect (CBA) certification.

• SQL knowledge

• Technical project experience

• Technical (e.g., systems design) and/or analytical skills.
