Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our telecom leadership team as the Vice President of B2B Service Delivery. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management, ensuring financial discipline, and driving process re-engineering initiatives within our B2B service offerings.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of B2B service delivery projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Financial Discipline: Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize service delivery costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor and analyze budgetary performance, identifying areas for cost efficiency and improvement.
  • Process Re-Engineering: Drive continuous improvement by identifying, evaluating, and re-engineering service delivery processes. Streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best practices to elevate the overall service delivery experience for our B2B clients.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery processes. Implement metrics-driven approaches to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in service delivery processes. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the service delivery team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Develop and mentor team members to enhance their capabilities and drive professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B service delivery within the telecom industry, with a focus on project management, financial management, and process re-engineering.
  • Strong understanding of telecom technologies and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
