The RoleAspenTech is currently looking for a self-driven individual as a Sr Sales Systems Analyst (Salesforce) focusing on data analysis, reporting, and CRM enhancements for the Global Sales Operations group.

As a member of the CRM team within Global Sales Operations, this individual will have opportunities to engage with users across the sales organization as they work to improve the platform and assist peers and management with reporting and analysis. This includes coordination with back office and customer-facing functions including Sales Enablement, Regional Sales Operations, Order Operations, Professional Services, Customer Success, Marketing, and IT.Your Impact
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as required in support of Sales Organization.
  • Take initiative to identify problems and opportunities involving systems, processes, and data, along with proposing solutions.
  • Help drive initiatives to gather and report sales metrics using dashboards & reports in Lightning.
  • Share responsibility with other members of organization for CRM Data integrity of Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, Leads, and custom Salesforce (SFDC) objects.
  • Participate in improvements to the SFDC platform, collecting and organizing user requests, creating test scripts, and participating in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Produce documentation and presentations to assist users in adopting new processes & SF capabilities.
  • Develop ability to act as first Point of Contact for questions about sales operations process or the CRM system by Field Operations teams.
  • Support compensation planning and reporting by contributing to accurate monthly/quarterly processes and participating in annual planning cycle.
  • Work productively with teammates to improve, end-to-end, the process of delivering CRM capabilities and actionable data.
  • Display commitment to achieving team goals by exhibiting adaptability and reliability.
  • Actively participate in meetings, identifying action items, and tracking outcomes.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce in a software sales/services environment.
  • Experience writing to be processes and user documentation and configuring Salesforce.
What You'll Need
  • 4-7 years of experience within an analysis role in Sales or Product Management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Support our power-user experience with an ERP or Sales CRM system, experience with Salesforce required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of relational databases.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are imperative.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
