We are currently seeking a Organizational Change Manager Lead to join our team in Linthincum, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

The Organizational Change Manager (OCM) Lead will oversee a team of OCM specialists that supports a portfolio of Medicaid projects for a Maryland state agency. The OCM Lead Change Manager maintains a broad understanding of project activities assigned to their team, using standard processes in order to apply a structured (OCM) approach and methodology to manage project impact to stakeholders.

Additional duties include:

*Work with the PMO to assign projects to OCM team members and oversee the progress of OCM work on projects.
*Support the client Portfolio manager on all program level communications and organizational concerns.
*Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the impact to personnel caused by projects and change efforts.
*Coach individual OCM resources providing guidance and feedback as needed.
*Identify potential personnel risks, anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
*Understand client's organization and change management issues, explain the factors involved and shape organizational solutions to deliver value to the client.
*Conduct organizational change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
*Support the execution of change management plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
*Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, stake holder analysis and resistance management plan.
*Support training and coaching, work closely with communications, HR and organization development teams to support the implementation of the plans.
*Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsors
*Create and manage measurement systems to track and report on adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
*Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications
College Degree in Organizational or Cultural Change Management or equivalent business experience

Minimum of 8 years' experience in Business Analysis or Project Management including:

Minimum of 4 years' experience related to the successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support and organizational readiness.
Minimum 1 year leading a team of OCM resources.

Preferred Skills

*Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and customer service skills
*Prosci or other Change Management certification a plus
*Demonstrated experience conducting meetings and making presentations.
*Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
*Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
*Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $118,000 - $150,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
