Were seeking a future team member for the role of IAM Governance Lead - SVP to join our Information Security, Cyber Identity Access Managementteam. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL HYBRID.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Create and maintain the IAM standard and procedures incorporating industry best practices.
  • Interact with regulators such as FRB, OCC, FDIC and NYDFS
  • Demonstrate familiarity with regulators and requirements outside of the United States such as ECB, EBA, FCA, MAS, and HKMA.
  • Ensure proper communication around changes in governance are shared inside and outside of the Engineering.
  • Work with Engineering teams on the development of policy compliant solutions.
  • Develop solutions and risk remediation programs to address control, self-identified, audit or regulatory issues.
  • Provide oversight and review of compliance by Engineering teams on IAM standards and procedures.
  • Ensure policy related control statements are incorporated into the PtX process.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the securities or financial services industry is required.
  • Have strong knowledge of regulations/standards such as FFIEC, NIST, and NYDFS-500.
  • Certifications such CISSP/CISM or equivalent are required.
  • Detail oriented with creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be an outstanding team player.
