SCRUM MASTER/TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Cognizant is seeking aScrum Master/Technical Business Analyst with strong JAVA Background to join our team.

Role: Scrum Master/ Technical Business Analyst with strong JAVA Background

Experience: 8+ years

Location: We are ideally looking for candidates willing to work ONSITE from the client location in Atlanta GA. Remote work is not an option.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Technical BA / Scrum master with 8+ years of experience

* Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups

* Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests

* Create technical documentation and interact with the dev and QA teams

* Basic knowledge of development practices, API dev and cloud concepts

* Work thru SIT and UAT

* Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each Sprint

* Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
