This program is open to students who are rising juniors. We hire technology majors (computer science, computer engineering, information sciences, analytics), business majors (for our consulting practice) and even have pathways for other majors (liberal arts, science, statistics, etc.) who are considering a pivot into a tech career. Qualifications:

• Undergraduate candidates: Must currently be a full-time enrolled Sophomore on a 4-year track (Dec, 2025 to June, 2026 graduation)
• Must be fully/permanently authorized to work in the US, Cognizant cannot provide sponsorship for this role (CPT/OPT not eligible).
