Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Sr. Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex data science projects and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and communicate insights effectively. The successful candidate will have advanced technical skills in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering, as well as experience leading projects and managing teams.You will have the opportunity to lead and work on challenging projects, learn cutting-edgetechniques, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

*Lead complex data science projects from conception to delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and communication of results

*Develop and implement machine learning models, statistical models, and data engineering solutions to extract insights and drive business decisions

*Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using statisticaltechniques and datamanipulation tools.

*Present findings and insights through clear and concise datavisualizations,charts, and reports.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability

*Provide strategic insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis

*Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases

*Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and apply them to business problems

*Document methodologies, processes, and findings to enable knowledge sharing and futurereference.

*Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

*Master's or Ph.D. degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

*2-4 years of experience in data science or related field

*Advanced proficiency in ML Ops, statistical modeling, and data engineering

*Familiarity with databases (e.g. Snowflake, Hadoop, Oracleetc) anddashboarding tools (e.g.PowerBI, Tableau, Grafana)

*Demonstrated experience understanding, developing, and maintaining a large codebase(Python, SAS, R)

*Proven experience leading data science projects

*Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
