Responsibilities:

  • Analyze retail team training needs, to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs in partnership with the retail client and the Company.
  • Develop project timelines and manage to them; Develop learning solutions using contemporary e-learning software (Articulate Storyline, MS PowerPoint, etc.); Develop testing and evaluation procedures in partnership with Talent Development.

  • Determines cost effective training approaches to meet the geographical challenges of providing learning programs in a variety of locations
  • Conduct evaluations and analyze metrics for programs; provide reports on project metrics
  • Provide regular project updates to retail business leaders and Talent Development
  • Ensure projects stay within timelines, budgets, and scope
  • Develop testing and evaluation procedures in partnership with Talent Development
  • Lead team meetings
  • Manage risks and adjust timeline for successful completion of projects on time and within budget
  • Coach and develop direct reports
  • Travel 2 out of 4 weeks to provide in-person training/support out in retail, attend client deep dive meetings or participate in management level meetings with internal team members

Minimum Qualifications

Education Level:
