Job Description:

• Salesforce Administration and Database Management Support. This activity provides support for the Salesforce systems. The Contractor shall:
• Provide industry certified personnel to manage and administer the Salesforce environment.
• Record and track all issues in the ITSM ticket system.
• Make recommendations for process improvement and provide through TRB or CAB.
• Monitor system health using network management tools.
• Provide monthly updates in the monthly status report.

Education and certifications:

• MA/MS with at least 15 years of experience.
• Salesforce Technical Architect Certification
• IAT III
