Team Leader

Objective

Sales quota obtainment via current client relationship upsell and net new logo prospecting sales

* Direct relationship management of all Enterprise ARM clients

o Existing - Examples:

* Tenet, UC Davis, UTHSC, Privia, Parallon

o QBRs, white space analysis, RCM analysis

* White space - ARM Suite

* RCM Upsell

* Clearinghouse Upsell

* ARM client pilot program - ENT Team lead management

o 10% (min) of opp for assistance w data analysis for team members managing ARM/Recovery deals

* Lead Prospecting for ARM/Recovery

o In collaboration with ENT marketing and BD

• Webinars
• Tradeshows/Thought Leadership

o Monthly prospecting targets

* ENT team lead ARM and Recovery SME / Demo Lead

o 10% (min) opp for all efforts to assist fellow team members

o Attend internal optimization meetings

* RCM Services Lead Generation

o Comprehensive review of all data in ARM to identify ALL RCM opportunities

• % of RCM sales bookings goes toward #

Requirements

• * High school diploma
• * 4 years experience in a healthcare environment
