Job Description Overview

All Covered is a leading provider of managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT consulting for small and medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a Portfolio Marketer to join our team and help us grow our portfolio of products and services, as well as our brand awareness and customer loyalty.
As a Portfolio Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling messaging and positioning, conducting market research and competitive analysis, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in creating and delivering sales enablement materials, product collateral, webinars, case studies, and other content to support the sales cycle and customer journey.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in product marketing, preferably in a B2B industry, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. You will also need to be a self-starter, a team player, and a customer advocate, with a passion for delivering value and solving problems.


Responsibilities

Product Positioning and Messaging:

* Develop and maintain key differentiation points, consistent messaging and positioning for the company's IT services portfolio across all marketing channels.
* Conduct market research to identify and understand customer needs and preferences, and incorporate those insights into messaging and positioning.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical teams, and customer support, to ensure a unified message.

Go-to-Market Planning and Execution:

* Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans that include launch campaigns, sales enablement tools, and marketing materials.
* Oversee the development and production of high-quality content across various channels, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
* Ensure content aligns with the overall product marketing strategy and messaging.
* Manage the portfolio content calendar and ensure timely delivery of related content.

Sales Enablement and Analyst Relations:
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver training materials and tools that support effective sales conversations.
* Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts and influencers to drive positive coverage of our products and services.

Product Lifecycle Management:

* Develop and execute product launch plans, including creating marketing materials, developing sales enablement tools, and managing PR activities.
* Manage the product lifecycle from launch to sunset, including developing and executing product positioning updates, messaging adjustments, and retirement plans.
* Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and extensions.

Competitive Intelligence and Performance Measurement:

* Develop and manage a competitive intelligence program to track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer sentiment.
* Manage and measure the performance of product marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in product marketing and digital marketing.


Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* At least 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology services industry.

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
* knowledge of the IT services market, products, and competitors.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive decisions and actions.
