As a Branch Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a candidate with outstanding leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives.

* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential.

* Customer Focus: Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Strive for customer satisfaction and retention.

* Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize resources.

* Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on sales and customer excellence.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Must haves:

  • Associate's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Substitution: Four (4) years of lending in consumer and/or consumer real estate may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Three (3) years of experience working in sales or customer service

Desired Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
