Overview

Element, a leading player within the Testing, Inspection and Certification sector are looking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager.

You will spearhead the online & offline marketing our new B2B SaaS solution in the medical device compliance sector. This role entails co-defining a comprehensive marketing strategy, from understanding customer profiles to selecting optimal channels. You'll manage and optimize robust marketing campaigns, leveraging digital tools and analytics for maximum ROI. Collaboration with Sales and Product teams will be key to aligning marketing efforts with our business goals. As one of the first marketing hires, you're also expected to shape the future of the team, contributing to the hiring and training processes as we grow.

Responsibilities
    Shape the marketing strategy, understand customer needs, refine online messaging, and identify effective channels for promotion
  • Solicit feedback loops with the sales team to align sales and marketing strategies, sharing insights from campaign performance and market research
  • Collaborate on building the marketing team, determining hiring strategies, managing budgets
  • Lead the team in defining and managing strategic goals and deliverables for our marketing channels and track implementation success which includes the creation of content to drive awareness and traffic.
  • Lead all public relations work (incl. key events/appearances) and key sponsorships/partnerships
  • Be the overall Content Marketing 'Captain' by building relationships with influential players in the industry and be an evangelist for our distinctive product offering
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Plan and execute physical campaigns like conferences, webinars, and other participation-driven events
  • Plan and deliver content in the form of white papers, fact sheets, case studies, webinars, online and offline presentations, tradeshows, blog posts, paid advertising in industry magazines, etc.
  • Prepare and present reports showing the performance of marketing campaigns, and customer insights in exec meetings
  • Manage the Digital Marketing Team and interpret analytics from the digital channel into tactics
Skills / Qualifications
  • Requires experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies, including the use of MarTech stack and the establishment of key performance metrics
  • Existing knowledge of medical device marketing strategies is an advantage
  • Experience in managing agency relationships and in planning and buying campaigns, implementing bidding strategies
  • Understanding of the MedTech landscape and keenness to learn more about the field
  • Outstanding communication skills; high level of creativity, independence, and ability to project confidence
  • Ability to interpret complex product information, customer contracts, marketing materials, and articulate compelling brand messages
  • Action-Oriented, Customer-Focused, Creativity, Entrepreneurial Drive
  • Desire to coach and mentor team members
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
