Exciting opportunity for 1 2 Pediatrician(s) to join an established group of Pediatric providers, practice in a brand new clinic setting, and providing a full spectrum of outpatient, newborn rounding, and some inpatient care at the 50 bed Hospital located in Mitchell, South Dakota. This not-for-profit organization has a 97% Physician Retention rate, and offers an impressive compensation and benefits package! Future plans also include a brand new Hospital within the next 5 years. Mitchell offers a beautiful, family-friendly setting with close access to major cities.

Pediatrician Opportunity:

• • Guaranteed Base Salary + Incentive and Bonuses

• • Practice Setting: Pediatric Clinic & Hospital (6 min)

• • 50 Bed Hospital, Level II Nursery

• • No C-Sections or high risk deliveries required

• • Call is 1:4

• • Join 2 Pediatricians, 1 Med-Peds Physician

• • 70 miles from Sioux Falls

• • 450-500 Deliveries annually

• • Retention bonus, production bonus

Requirements of the Pediatrician

• • Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)

• • Board Certified/Eligible
