Vehicle Technician

Our client is seeking a technician to join their equipment refurbishment team. As an Industrial Vehicle Support Technician, you will be completing inspections and minor maintenance on construction lifts and aerial platforms. 

Job Title: Industrial Vehicle Support Technician 

Location: Rock Hill, SC 

Pay: $20/HR. 
 

What’s the Job? 

• Receive and inspect equipment from customers. 

• Log and document equipment using ORACLE operation systems for tracking and billing purposes. 

• Work with team to diagnose problems on different equipment and sequence course of action for minor adjustments and repairs. 

• Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, or replaces components, then reassembles equipment and machinery.   

• Working with and coordinate with their team to deliver timely results. 

• Performs Pre-Delivery inspection of all equipment before shipment to customers. 

 What’s Needed? 

• Experience as an automotive or industrial maintenance tech a PLUS. 

• Ability to read precision gauges and instruments, plus perform mathematical calculations.  

• Computer proficiency with different operating systems (ORACLE is a PLUS) 

• Requires the ability to follow all safety rules and regulations and work with a team. 

• Requires the demonstrated ability to operate multiple different types Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Aerial Work Platforms (AWP). 

• Requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk up to 400 yards, manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds on a regular basis, heavy weight objects on an infrequent basis.
