Compensation package:
Compensation package:
- Effective rate to between $20/hr -$25/hr (incl. base rate + really great tips)
- Base rate $16.60/hr (team members) - $17.60 hourly rate (team leaders)
- Total HIRING BONUS $750 ($250 after 3 months, and another $500 after 6 months)
- Opportunity to grow and travel to other states, including NYC.
- Direct access to founders of this family business - you’re not just a number!
- 2 weeks of paid vacation accumulated starting day 1
- Ability to grow through with months to the “Assistant Manager Position”
