You’re responsible for increasing company growth, referrals, and revenues for the Skylark Day center and private in-home care businesses through phone calls and face-to-face interactions, text, email and other marketing media and actions.

Job Duties & Info!

  • Strategically manage a strong pipeline fueled by robust digital marketing from first call to first day.
  • Lead families and family caregivers promptly through a defined sales process to meet census goals.
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, meet and follow-up with families, and conduct tours to consistently start new clients.
  • Develop a dynamic and productive professional referral network.
  • Represent Skylark at public events.

 Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Quickly learn and master Skylark service offerings
  • Strong understanding of caregiving needs especially Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Must have strong time management skills: Juggle many tasks and details.
  • Manage leads, nurture prospects, and produce accurate records of all activities in CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in sales with home care sales experience preferred.
  • Documented prior formal sales training.
  • Team Player
  • Strong bias to get things done from A to Z
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully sell services.
  • Above average self-management and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills?
