Title of Position:Restaurant Manager

Job Description:The Restaurant Manager will supervise every facet of dining roomoperation, will ensure exceptional guest service meeting or exceeding expectations, and will make certain the service staff is appropriately staffed to satisfy the guests needs. The Restaurant Manager will work together with the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager to develop the restaurants annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs, in addition to operating the business in accordance with the companys policies and appropriate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining establishment
• High volume background - must have Restaurant Manager experience at establishments exceeding $4 million in sales per year
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient withfinancials(P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
