Job Description

Service Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing  vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager. In addition, the Service Technician may also be assigned to conduct pre-delivery service on new and pre-owned vehicles to ensure excellent working mechanical condition upon delivery to the customer.

Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties: 

  • Providing service of the highest quality to our customers
  • Performs skilled mechanical work while analyzing and diagnosing problems
  • Inspect, replace and/or repair defective parts while performing preventative maintenance on automobiles
  • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and core values in all interaction with customers, co-workers, managers, and suppliers
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted driver's license
  • Clean driving record
  • At least one year of Ford or Chrysler experience as a Technician
  • Strong technical performance record
  • Any additional OEM or ASE certifications are pluses
  • A positive attitude
  • Tools
