Job type: Long term temporary
Pay rate: $20/hour
Job duties
- The role would include, but not limited to:
- assisting with document management.
- coordinating events (catering and venue, may be subject to picking up catering orders or setting up remote venues),
- invoice processing,
- general administrative support upon request.
Qualifications
- Candidate should be able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, email, and Adobe.
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own in a quiet environment.
- Organizational skills are required to keep priority items in focus.
- Candidate should be welcoming and have customer service skills.
