Job Description
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Program Manager to develop, maintain, and expand a newer outpatient Behavioral Health Program! This position provides administrative and clinical leadership and is responsible for the coordination, planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation/continuous improvement of the program. You will also have supervisory duties for both clinical and non-clinical staff!
Required Qualifications:
Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $162,829.00 per year

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing OR
- Master's degree in social work or counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum two (2) years of progressive leadership experience in a healthcare or behavioral health field.
- Current knowledge and experience working with a Behavioral Health program.
- Salary $105,000 - $162,829.802 commensurate with experience/licensure
