Full Steam Staffing is now hiring a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator in Stockton, CA!


*This position is a GRAVEYARD position**


Pay Rate: $18/hr. | Shift: Graveyard

*Must be bilingual (Spanish) | *Must have a valid Driver's License*


The On Site Coordinator will be recruiting, screening, and evaluating qualified job candidates over the phone for our open positions based on our client’s needs. This position also requires being on site at some clients, which is a combination of supervising employees, walking the floors, promoting a safe work environment, and maintaining a clear line of communication with client’s management to ensure successful customer service. Constant availability to employees and client’s management are also important (flexible schedule). This position also requires commuting to different site locations.


Essential Functions:

  • Consulting with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring and staffing needs.
  • Recruit for our open staffing positions through developing creative sourcing strategies and leveraging resources on online social networking, job boards, community involvement, professional networking, flyering, and local media resources.
  • Interviewing and assessing candidates qualifications through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency based evaluations.
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality. A strong work ethic motivated by results
  • Manage all attendance and punctuality for all On-Site employees.
  • Manage On-Site employees through leadership and professionalism.
  • Establish priorities, meet timelines and deadlines.
  • Ability to closely follow up with all workers compensation and injury events.
  • Conduct pre-shift safety meetings.
  • Conduct safety walks to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Manage a time keeping program that is used to keep track of employee’s hours.
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as processing payroll
  • Issue disciplinary action.
  • Constant updating employee database.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Flexible Schedule.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
