Job Description
- Responsible for the production supervision of up to 45 hourly in a molding operation
- Will have 2 trainers and 2 group leads reporting
- Responsible for driving metrics, KPI’s, safety, quality and lean
- Will run the whole shift including quality, maintenance and warehousing
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor out of manufacturing
- Molding background is preferred – rubber, plastics, or silicones
