Our client is a well-known food manufacturer. Due to growth, seeking a Packaging Manager to join the manufacturing staff. Primary duties include:

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $77,000.00 per year

The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records subject to federal contractor requirements and/or security clearance requirements.
- Supervisor, train and mentor employees working on the packaging lines
- Ensure work spaces are safe in accordance with OSHA, GMP, and SOP's
- Provide KPI's and reports to management and stakeholders
- Assist with production as necessary
Ideal candidate for Packaging Manager will possess the following.
- Bachelor's degree. Will consider Associates degree in technology.
- Understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles and GMP.
- 5+ years experience in food production environment
- 3+ years managing/supervising hourly employees
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $77,000.00 per year
