We're in search for an Ammonia Refrigeration Technician who is keen on ensuring the well-being of our four-legged friends. In this role, you will not just be tinkering with our Ammonia Refrigeration systems; you will be part of a grand mission: ensuring that every morsel of food we produce is safe, nourishing, and delightful for every pet, every time.

What You'll Be Doing

Keeping our Ammonia Refrigeration systems running flawlessly

• Earning your RETA 2 certifications within your first 12 months of employment
• Monitoring system conditions like pressures, temperatures, and fluid levels
• Detecting and fixing faults or leaks in the systems
• Overseeing the HVAC systems within the facility
• Taking on maintenance tasks as necessary, including forklift operation, welding, and pipe fitting
• Maintaining the high safety and hygiene standards of the food industry

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in operation and maintenance of Ammonia Refrigeration systems
• RETA 2 certifications or the ability to get certified within 12 months of employment
• HVAC experience with refrigerants
• Forklift operation, welding, and pipe fitting experience
• High School or GED; an Associates degree in industrial maintenance or a similar field would be preferred
• Prior experience in the food industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
