Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Responsible for the daily operations of the Arlington facility.2. Develop, implement, and monitor internal performance metrics for on time delivery, cycle count accuracy, inventory management, cost, product quality and capacity plans. 3. Recommend and drive continuous improvement activities with staff to meet annual objectives. 4. Design and implement necessary improvements to maintain safe, clean and well-organized facilities. 5. Ensure all safety and health standards are met to keep the facility safe and accident-free.6. Communicate regularly with peers and upper management regarding process performance, output, problems or issues impacting production.7. Evaluate machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.8. Work with Technical Team and other company resources to ensure the Arlington Facility is always in good, operational working order.9. Identify potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency.10. Establish a balance between delivering increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations, while maintaining acceptable Quality levels.11. Set productivity goals for the manufacturing team and work with team to ensure they are met.12. Develop the team and work closely with HR on including recruitment and training.13. Motivate, support, and provide guidance to production staff and ensure adequate scheduling of staff.14. Effectively manages all Arlington production and warehouse staff, ensuring their success. 15. Perform in a manner consistent with company Core Values and Purpose.16. Attend all scheduled meetings.17. Provide excellent customer service.18. Follow all OSHA and other safety guidelines. 19. Actively demonstrates teamwork at all times.20. Follow other policies and procedures such that there are no verbal or written warnings during the evaluation period.21. Other duties as assigned.Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or equivalent years of experience

2. Minimum three years experience in operations leadership within a manufacturing facility

3. Must work from the Arlington facility and be able to work on time on a regular basis during scheduled shift. Must be available for evening/weekend or extended hours of work as needed.

4. Experience with Injection Molding is a plus

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

6. Strong track record of implementing operations continuous improvement including lean manufacturing/demand flow/JIT

7. Demonstrated history of driving teams, processes, and facilitating improved performance

8. Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge positive professional relationships with subordinates, peers, and senior management

9. Effective oral and written communication skills

10. Basic understanding of English to read work orders, write information, and comprehend safety instructions.

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as, but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

12. Ability to develop thorough understanding of operational procedures to practice safe manufacturing.

13. Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include, but are not limited to: sitting, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking for extended periods of time on a concrete floor, and occasionally lifting and carrying items which may weigh up to 50 pounds.

14. Position spends approximately 50% of time standing and or walking using hands and 50% sitting in an office environment.

15. Vision must be within or correctable to within normal range.

16. Must work from the Arlington facility and be able to work on time on a regular basis during scheduled shift. Must be available for evening/weekend or extended hours of work as needed.

17. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is exposed to production equipment at various times. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

This position is onsite at our Arlington facility. This is exempt/salary with a salary range of $80,000-$90,000 plus 5% annual bonus potential.
