Construction Foreman

We specialize in the building of post frame buildings (no concrete or dirtwork)

Be able to travel during the week at time out of town. This is a Monday-Friday position. We want your weekends to be free for your Family and Friends!

Overtime available at peak season.

Duties include but aren't limited to:

- Perform various carpentry tasks including but not limited to digging holes and setting posts, wooden framing, metal installation of walls and roof, insulation and trimwork.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal and trim materials.
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and molding.
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or Laborer in the construction industry. Will train the right individuals.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
