Aerzen USA seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA office!

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule service technicians.
  • Manage service orders, trip reports, time sheets, and expense reports.
  • Provide quotes for aftersales parts and service to customers.
  • Communicate the status of the service and repairs to the customer.
  • Generate after-sales leads and opportunities for the region.
  • Maintain accurate customer and product data.
  • Provide technical support to service personnel.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable Federal, State, Local and customer requirements about safety, employment, and environment.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school) or work equivalent -Field of Study: Technical or Business related, Engineering degree preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of related customer support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Functional Skills: Excellent ability in planning, coordination, prioritizing, analyzing, and problem-solving; ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously; strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Must have motivational skills and a strong sense of urgency to meet Customer commitments and "above expectations" manner.

Computer Skills: MS Office skills required; Business Center management software skills preferred.
