Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City offers residential services to adolescents ages 12 to 17 years of age. We are committed to improving our resident's lives by using collaborative approach in providing high quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse includes the following:

• Provide general nursing care to the residents.
• Develop a therapeutic relationship with assigned residents.
• Distribute medication as prescribed and properly maintain the MARS.
• Assist with admits, discharges and transfer residents based on physician's orders and sometimes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Qualified candidates for Licensed Practical Nurse include the following:

• Must be Licensed Practical Nurse
• Prefer 1 to 2 years hospital experience preferably in a behavioral health setting
• Must have an active BLS Certification
• Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
