As the Telemarketing Multi-Market Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing telemarketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in all things Home Improvement! You will lead a team of telemarketing Supervisors providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about achieving targets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to generate leads, drive sales calls, and achieve revenue targets in two locations, including abroad 

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate supervisors of telemarketing districts, setting clear goals and performance expectations 

  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing empathetic feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team effectiveness 

  • Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and telemarketing techniques 

  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to refine strategies and tactics 

  • Collaborate with Confirmations and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless integration of telemarketing efforts 

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using our CRM system 

  • Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing performance to senior management and CEO 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 5 years as a Telemarketing Manager 

  • Strong understanding of telemarketing techniques, call center operations, and customer relationship management 

  • Excellent communication, organization and number objections 

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
