Pay

  • We are flexible in how we structure compensation, based on the needs of the employee. Some HVAC technicians want all base salary, while others prefer performance-based compensation. Our top HVAC team members earn$75,000 -$100,000 plus
  • Commission (Task Pay)
  • Performance-based Bonuses
  • Sign-on bonuses based on experience:*exclusions apply*
  • under 1yr - $2000 (6 mos. to 12 mos. years of experience)
  • 1 - 2yr - $3500 (12 mos. to 24 mos. of experience)
  • 2yr - 3yr $5,500 (ready for a truck in 3 months from start date)
  • 3yr 5yr $7,500 (ready for a truck in 3 months from start date)

  • Paid vacation structure:
  • 1 year:40 hours
  • 2 years: 80 hours
  • 3 years:100 hours

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Identify HVAC problems through inspections and diagnostic procedures.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Close sales by educating customers about our products, services, and maintenance solutions.
  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential properties and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth delivery and installation of HVAC systems.

3. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager.

4. If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the Department's Management.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in HVAC is required
  • Proven track record in sales within the HVAC industry
  • HVAC Residential Service: 6 months minimum (Required) 1+ (preferred)
  • HVAC/Residential Sales: 6 months minimum (Required) 1+ (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation processes and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to pass a background check and Drug Screen
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
