We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Spa Manager to lead our team of Aestheticians and Medical Practitioners at our Boiling Springs, SC Back to 30 location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering 5-star service, clinic goals, merchandising, inventory, and all aspects of running a medical clinic. The Med Spa Manager will work closely with the Director/Practice Manager to ensure all protocols are being followed and actively involved in clinic events.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Aestheticians and Medical Practitioners to deliver 5-star service to clients
• Ensure clinic goals are met and exceeded
• Manage merchandising and inventory
• Work closely with Director/Practice Manager to ensure all protocols are being followed
• Actively involved in clinic events
• Perform daily huddles with the team
• Perform monthly team meetings
• Use all tools to drive the business
• Must be self-motivated and have the ability to energize the team
• Prefer Med Spa experience and understand services

Requirements:

• Prefer Management experience
• Computer savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• High school diploma or equivalent - Required.
