We are looking for a highly motivated and client-focused Client Experience Specialist (CXS) to join our multi-faceted company. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a demonstrated ability to problem-solve, and meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for and involved in the day-to-day oversight and management of their assigned client portfolio, serving as the coordinating link between client and internal teams.

What is a Client Experience Specialist? Every client relies on their CXS to empower their organization by leveraging the full capabilities of the Exbabylon relationship. You will wake up and come to work every day with a mission to drive the success of your clients through IT Operations, Digital Transformation and Security by providing information to stakeholders, managing all aspects of the relationship with them to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding expectations; communicating effectively with both internal and external customers; maintaining confidentiality regarding private data; conducting research on potential issues related to customer relationships; developing new business opportunities through direct contact with clients.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Coordinate and manage daily activities with clients.
  • Assure timely completion of assigned tasks, including but not limited to scheduling appointments, tracking progress reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and keeping track of work performed at various levels throughout the organization.
  • Manage internal projects & engagements.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding experience.
  • Occasional off-site meetings with clients. Company vehicle available for use.
  • Continuously strive for improvements to the Client Experience within Exbabylon.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Strong clerical skills, including data entry and digital document organization.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and identify and focus on areas of significant impact.
  • Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment with limited margin for error.
  • Communicate clearly with internal, external clients and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Friendly, professional, helpful, and customer-service oriented.
  • Comfortable with multiple avenues of communication.
    • Phones, In-person, and virtual meetings.
  • Exhibits an eagerness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Special consideration will be given to candidates with experience in IT or IT related industries.
