Summit County Mountain Retreats is actively seeking diligent and dedicated individuals to enhance our Concierge team. Available positions span entry-level to advanced roles, integral to ensuring operational excellence and superior service delivery. JOB DESCRIPTION


Each morning, you will be responsible for helping housekeeping teams load vehicles and transporting them to properties in Keystone and the surrounding area. After all teams have been dropped off, you will be assigned a list of pick-ups, deliveries, and other small tasks to be completed that day. This may include dropping off/picking up small items (i.e. keys, parking passes, humidifiers, high chairs, other unit amenities), performing towel refreshes, and fulfilling other general guest requests. At the end of each day, you will also be responsible for transporting team members back to the office upon the completion of their cleans. Company vehicles are provided to perform your daily duties. Staff members are NOT required to use their own vehicle. 


Additional tasks may include completing level maintenance tasks (i.e. lighting a fireplace pilot light, replacing a light bulb, tightening door handles, minor repairs in drywall, plumbing and electrical systems, etc.), purchasing housekeeping/maintenance/office supplies from local stores as needed, organizing the garage, and routinely monitoring emergency key lockboxes.

ENTRY-LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and facilitate the transportation of housekeeping personnel to and from various properties, ensuring punctuality and efficiency.
  • Execute timely deliveries, addressing all guest requests and operational necessities with utmost precision.
  • Follow-up on tasks as directed by management, ensuring thorough completion and resolution of issues.
  • Oversee and ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of housekeeping equipment, with a particular focus on vacuums.
  • Perform essential maintenance tasks such as lighting pilot lights, replacing bulbs, and tightening door handles.
  • Capable of performing the maintenance inspection process and hot tub maintenance services across properties, ensuring all standards are met.
  • Facilitate the acquisition and organization of supplies required for housekeeping, maintenance, and office operations.
  • Regularly inspect and manage emergency key lockboxes and propane supply levels, ensuring operational readiness.


ADVANCED RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, minor repairs in drywall, plumbing, and electrical systems, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
  • Organize and oversee the operational efficiency and orderliness of office spaces and storage areas, fostering a conducive working environment.
  • Manage and ensure the optimal condition and usage of housekeeping project equipment and vehicles, implementing regular maintenance schedules and checks.


COMPENSATION

  • $20.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience

SCHEDULE

  • Full-time or part-time schedules are available
  • 8 or 10 hour shifts
