Position: Accounting Clerk (Payables, Receivables, Payroll)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payables, accounts receivables, and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Payables:
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
- Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare and process payment batches.

2. Accounts Receivables:
- Generate and send out customer invoices, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Record and reconcile customer payments.

3. Payroll:
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Calculate and deduct appropriate withholdings, benefits, and taxes.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

4. Other Duties as Assigned:
-Undertake additional tasks or responsibilities as delegated by management.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
