Job Description - Hotel Guest Service Representative-2nd shift (3p-11p)

About the hotel: Schoenbrunn Inn is located in New Philadelphia, Ohio

Your Responsibilities:

The 2nd shift guest service representative will act as the hotel liaison during the hours of 3p-11p, assist in booking room reservations, answering hotel phone calls, and notifying guests of messages.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

• Greets and assists all guests during arrival and departure
• Provides courteous guest services by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Processes all reservations and cancellation requests in a timely manner by mail, telephone, fax, or in person using ChoiceAdvantage PMS
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
• Willing to go above and beyond for our guests and have a professional, positive attitude
• Phone and computer skills
• Ability to work on a full-time basis including weekends
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
