Nielsen Automotive Group is looking for a Service Department Admin/Coordinator to join our Morristown, NJ team! This Candidate will need the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, multi-task and portray a level of authority to complete needed tasks.
Prior service advisor experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming Mobile Service/Pick up & delivery Appointments.
- Aid with open repair orders.
- Scheduling appointments for special order parts
- Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
- Manage documents, internal billing.
- Assist Service Manager with other general administrative duties.
- Must maintain required certification as per Ford Motor Company and Stellantis
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8-4:30
