Nielsen Automotive Group is looking for a Service Department Admin/Coordinator to join our Morristown, NJ team! This Candidate will need the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, multi-task and portray a level of authority to complete needed tasks.

Prior service advisor experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and confirming Mobile Service/Pick up & delivery Appointments.
  • Aid with open repair orders.
  • Scheduling appointments for special order parts
  • Answering scheduling queries via email and phone.
  • Manage documents, internal billing.
  • Assist Service Manager with other general administrative duties.

- Must maintain required certification as per Ford Motor Company and Stellantis

Hours:

Monday – Friday 8-4:30
