Help Desk Technician

We’re looking for a growth-oriented Help Desk Technician to join our collaborative, welcoming team.

What you’ll do:

• Support common business applications (M365) via email, phone, and on-site support for 100+ SMB’s
• Maintain client networks and network security (LAN/WAN , firewalls, access points, switches)
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of on-premise, cloud, Windows, Azure, Mac OS, and Google Workspace environments
• Prioritize tickets, set client expectations, provide incredible customer service, and accurately document client issues

Skills You’ll Need:

• 3+ years experience with help desks and ticketing systems
• Working knowledge and experience in supporting SMB’s
• Working knowledge of basic TCP/IP Protocols, PC troubleshooting, security best practices, and network hardware
• Experience with MSPs, AD, Azure Administration, and Hyper-V are a strong plus
• Ability to communicate professionally with technical and non-technical people
• Confidence, self-motivation, and a collaborative team-player mentality
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
