Our award-winning client is seeking an Injection Molding Manager to join their team. The client seeks a skilled and driven Injection Molding Manager to lead a 65-person team crafting high-quality cosmetic pieces for the automotive industry. Oversee efficient production, optimize processes, and ensure top-notch quality in this exciting opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and managed a 3-shift department, driving production efficiency and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline mold changes and setups, minimizing downtime.
- Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures for defect-free products.
- Champion continuous improvement, optimizing processes for efficiency, cost, and waste reduction.
- Mentor and guide technicians, team leads, and supervisors, fostering growth and engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or relevant experience.
- Proven track record in injection molding, ideally with automotive cosmetic piece expertise.
- Tier 1 automotive manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Prior management experience is essential.
