Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager
Job Description:As the Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding the management team on how to effectively reach our set objectives in sales, costs, hospitality, and employee morale. Our Restaurant General Manager will have complete oversight of the restaurant's operations, staffing, and financial performance. It's essential that the Restaurant General Manager understands the restaurant's current progress and have a strategic vision for its future growth. We're a company that values fresh ideas and new perspectives. So, we want our Restaurant General Manager to feel free to bring your own suggestions to the table. Your main objective as our Restaurant General Manager will be to build a strong, efficient team that can lead us towards achieving our company goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high volume (over $2m per year in sales) concept
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
