Position Purpose
Responsible for the preparation of baked goods for Casino eateries.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•    Prep for daily operation.
•    Responsible for baking of all products. 
•    Maintain par level on all prepared baked products.
•    Assist with stocking of buffet line.
•    Responsible for keeping line area clean.
•    Assists in the organizing and cleaning of walk-in and reach-in dry storage units.

Education and/or Experience
Education Level – High School Diploma required.
Experience – Minimum 1 year experience in a related field.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees. 

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service.
