Job Title: Home Infusion Registered Nurse (Part-Time/Full-Time) Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team in Durand, Wisconsin . In this role, you will provide infusion therapy and nursing services to patients in their homes, ensuring the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer infusion therapies to patients in their homes, including IV medications, injections, and other treatments
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team
  • Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy and self-management techniques
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and home health aides
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin 
  • 1+ years of experience as a registered nurse, with experience in infusion therapy preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
